Chef Nizar (Calle Luis Morote 19, Arrecife) — Chef Nizar´s menu is combined with traditional Lebanese delicacies and a wide range of international dishes. Hidden within the maze of Arrecife, it has spent 10 years in strengthening its menu by carefully selecting products before cooking on the stove. The restaurant has two large rooms; they are decorated tastefully and have pleasant furnishings. It is nicely spaced out creating privacy and tranquility for a lovely evening.
The house specialty is lamb. It comes stuffed with rice and pine nuts and cooked “oriental style” yet is only prepared at the weekends. It is very well accomplished and absolutely delicious whether it is the cuchifrito, shoulder, chops or half a leg. Delicious and fresh products such as veal steak or grilled tenderloin are highly recommended. Chef Nizar´s great selection of products can be found in the taste of the soft chicken supreme served with a curry tropical sauce.
